A single-hop Cascade beer, slightly hoppier than a pale ale.
This was our first brew, made at the Ales Agullons farmhouse with guidance from Carlos Rodríguez.
Since it was our first, we decided to mix the names of our children, KEpa and yuLEN. We’re lucky to now have Yulen on our team as our new brewing assistant.

Maris Otter malt, Cascade hops, and BRY-97 yeast.
