You therefore agree not to carry out any of the following activities:

We are also not responsible for any misuse of the website. We cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that could cause damage to your computer systems, electronic documents, or other files on this website. We also do not accept responsibility for the content of the websites we link to.
7. Privacy policy
Personal data and other information relating to the user’s identity are subject to the website’s Privacy Policy, which you can view via the link provided.
8. Cost of the service
As a customer or user of the website, you have access to all areas of cervezadai.es, and you only need to pay for the products purchased in our online shop.
9. Logistics: shipping and transport
We try to work with the best transport companies so that your orders always arrive at their destination in optimal condition. We deliver anywhere on the Spanish mainland within 3–5 days from the order payment date. If you do not receive your order within the indicated timeframe, you must contact us via email at daidebirras@cervezadai.es.
For orders delivered directly from the warehouse, taproom, or direct sales within the province of Asturias, DAI will try to deliver as quickly as possible (24h) provided payment is confirmed before 15:00. If we cannot guarantee delivery from the warehouse or via direct sales, we will notify you with the corresponding delivery note and the order will be dispatched directly from the Tap Room.
If you choose a specific product and, when preparing the order, we find there is not enough stock, we will inform the customer so they can choose from available beers of the same value as the product to be replaced.
We do not ship orders to private individuals over 20 kg, as transport costs for this type of product are excessively expensive and would raise the unit cost to above-market prices and outside our cost policy. In that case, the customer will be notified in advance, informed of the shipping costs, and it will be up to the customer to accept or reject the final price.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands due to the bureaucratic hurdles for this type of product.
10. Returns
Product returns are subject to current legislation:
1. Right of withdrawal:
You can return the purchased product within seven days after receiving it, after notifying us by phone (665 509 361) or by email at daidebirras@cervezadai.es. We will refund the amount you paid for the unwanted item(s). To do so, the product(s) must always be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. You may also choose to exchange for a product of equal value.
2. Returns due to product defects, transport damage, or shipping error:
If delivery is carried out correctly, we will agree with the customer on a collection time slot in which it can be done safely, on the first scheduled pickup. The products are craft beverages bottled in glass, and if they are not returned within a certain period of time, the product deteriorates and we cannot accept the return.
If the order was placed during a promotion period, the refund will be based on the promotional price paid.
11. Dispute resolution
These terms and their execution are governed by Spanish law. For any matter relating to compliance with or interpretation of this contract, the parties, expressly waiving any jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of Oviedo.
