Info
Since the Middle Ages, monasteries were the origin and center of beer production. Originally, they brewed as a means of self-sufficiency and personal consumption. One of the most renowned orders was the Cistercian Order, founded in 1098.
PAGANA is one of our limited annual releases, brewed specifically for Easter—hence the name! As a fun fact, the very first beer that left our brewery was for Don Pablo, the parish priest of Las Regueras.
Ingredients
Belgian Pilsen, Vienna and Biscuit malts, Perle and Styrian Golding hops, S-33 yeast.
